Originally a part of the Industrial Engineering Group and with a history dating back to the 1930's. Servex Steelweld was acquired by CEM in the early 1980's and today this long tradition of design and manufacturing continues with Australia's best selling Laser Wheel Aligner the LX7 series and a range of Hydraulic Workshop Presses.
Wheel Aligner
LX7-3000 Laser Wheel Aligner
The dominant Wheel Aligner in the Australian Market with a low price but high performance. The LX7-3000 can perform all wheel alignment functions that the "High End Market" machines can do at a much lower cost.
Fast & Accurate – High volume workshops have found the LX7-3000 well suited to cope with heavy workloads.
Mains power is not required to perform an alignment because the lasers are powered by rechargeable batteries (charger supplied), which gives about 18-24 hours of continuous beams.
Self-centering wheel clamps fitted with specially designed adaptors for those expensive MAG wheels are attached to the vehicle with a quick pull of a lever, this eliminates any rim distortion, however the facility to do Run-Out Compensation is built into the aligner.
The LX7-3000 is a complete package, with Turntables, Slip Plates, Steering Clamp, Brake Depressor all standard, in addition to this a CD of Vehicle specifications is included with each machine, this program has the facility to print out a work sheet and to also save the customer's details to a data base, all this is done without the cost of additional computer hardware, it can be done on the office computer.
