Determining Filter Size

Our filters are available in various sizes. Determining the right filter size for your process depends upon the below factors, all of which are interrelated:

• Filtration Rate
• Cake Loading Rate
• Desired Clarity of Filtrate – Allowable solids in filtrate
• Nature of Solids – Residual moisture requirement
• Washing Requirements – Residual mother liquor allowable

Complete Filtration System

We offer complete filtration system inclusive of filter aid mixing tank, filtration unit, and pumps and piping. We can include a PLC system with our filters upon request.
