CPE Powder Mixers for Animal Feed Manufacture

Coarse Ration Mixing:

Mixing of flaked cereal, powders & vitamins homogeneously in 30 seconds with no product damage or dust generation.
Addition of molasses to various animal feeds. Time to uniform mix can be as low as20 seconds.

Fat Coating of Pellets:

Extruded and pressed pellets can be coated in a CPE Mixer with no product degradation. With the high degree of mixing accuracy, feed mills can measure the exact quantities of pellets & oil thus ensuring no waste.
